API Wiki

Visit the official Twitter documentation available at apiwiki.twitter.com. Most answers are found in the API Documentation or Getting Started.

Issues List

We make our issues list collaborative because developers using the API exercise the code and find defects. If you have a problem please search the issues list to find we are already aware of the defect. Note that the search defaults to "Open Issues", so be sure to select "All Issues" before running your query. If you verify an issue report does not exists, please add it accordingly with as much detail as possible.

Twitter Development Group

http://groups.google.com/group/twitter-development-talk is the official Twitter developer list. Twitter employees regularly chime in to answer developer questions and concerns. If you are have an issue or tip for other API developers, post it there, but please search for open discussions before posting a new thread.

The last line of defense. If you have exhausted the above list of resources and feel confident your needs cannot be met there, send a detailed email to api@twitter.com.
